Rita
Raley is assistant professor of English at the University of California,
Santa Barbara. Her research interests include hypertext fiction and theory,
cyberculture, globalization and global culture, language theory, and 19th
and 20th century literature in English. She teaches courses in Hypertext Fiction
& Poetry
Aimee Houser is a poet in the University's M.F.A. program. She's been designing Web sites since 1994; the design of this site represents her interest in the opportunities and restrictions current html and browser specs afford for "seamless" navigation.
